In the real manual, clicking on the green CLICK takes you to the relevant page, where you will be given further options. Sometimes with photographs showing lawful and unlawful road markings. This will enable you to choose the correct letter to send. You do not need to understand what is written in the letters, which contain points of law. All you have to add to the letters is your name and address, their name and address, the date, the number on your vehicle number plate and the number of the penalty charge notice.
